Notes: The end becomes fairly confusing. It’s sort of meant to be like that.
This was known for a very long while as CREEPY BRAX FIC. This is dedicated to sneakyangel, who wanted to something to cheer her up. So I write her a creepy Brax fic. It’s what friends do. Also, ignores some of the Gallifrey canon.
