Lisbon has a really sucky life.

I've got an idea for a bit of an angsty mini fic for my collection.

Well, Jane looks real upset, and when she asks what's wrong he tells her it was his daughter's birthday today.

And she tells him that he has to stop being so upset about it, and then they get into this huge argument because Lisbon thinks Jane needs to stop blaming himself and thinking everything is about him, and that he thinks he's so special.

And Jane gets really angry, and is like "they died because of something i did." and Lisbon kinda yells back that she's had her fair share of people dying, with her mother dying, and then her father and then she had to look after her brothers by herself.

Yeah she does. I can't help but sympathise with her, really. Having had to grow up too fast really sucks. >_<

I think it's something that could happen. Jane does tend to forget that he's not the only one who has experienced death of loved ones.
