What I liked:
- The fact that the Adipose were being born - but people didn't actually die (bar Stacey). It's unusual for a Who episode that aliens can be born without it being at the expense of humans.
- The scene where Donna was drinking tea with Sylvia milling around in the background. Beautifully shot and worked really well.
- Rose at the end. Totally unexpected.
- The Doctor ADMITTING he had done Martha wrong and had 'wrecked half her life'.
- The conversation scene through the glass.
Did not like
- Diabolical biology. Literally diabolical. Although not as bad as The Invisible Enemy, but still very bad.
- Another episode prejudiced against overweight people. I say this as someone who wears UK Sizes 4 - 8 (and complains vocally about the fact that the shops do not stock the sizes all the time
Hey, it's annoying!).
- The shot of the Doctor and Donna waving at Wilf from the TARDIS. I appreciated the sentiment very much - it just looked cheap.
- The Doctor and Donna missing each other wore thin VERY quickly.

Very incoherent review, quite rushed considering how long it's been since the episode aired. Ah well...
